Terms and conditions

1. Service

By booking with MQZ Limo you agree to these terms. We provide pre-arranged taxi and limousine transportation across Quebec, including airport transfers, point-to-point trips, and hourly chauffeur service.

2. Bookings

Reservations are confirmed once payment is processed and a confirmation email is delivered. Customers must provide accurate trip details. Quoted prices are based on the information you provide; significant changes (extra stops, additional distance, waiting time) may result in adjustments.

3. Payment

Payment is collected at booking through our secure payment provider. Applicable Quebec sales taxes (TPS, TVQ) may be added to the displayed price.

4. Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellations made 12+ hours before pickup: full refund.
• Cancellations made 4–12 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
• Less than 4 hours or no-show: no refund.

5. Conduct

Smoking, illegal substances, and unsafe behaviour are not permitted in our vehicles. Customers may be charged a cleaning fee of up to $250 for damage or excessive soiling.

6. Liability

MQZ Limo carries commercial passenger insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or events beyond our reasonable control. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the passenger.

7. Privacy

Use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
